Remote Hands Service
Basic Remote Hands is free, included with your colocation plan. Basic services include rebooting a server, hot-swapping a hard drive, or connecting a temporary IPMI/KVM device. Please note that basic services are de-prioritized and may be subject to limitations.
Advanced Remote Hands is our premium service. Pricing depends on the task and can be billed on a per-incident or time-based basis, depending on what you need.

24/7 Secure Access
Get secure access to your equipment at any time. We are open 24/7/365, even on holidays (unfortunately). Because we know things can go wrong at any time.
Our strict access policies ensure the safety of our customers hardware and data, and everything is recorded in 4K camera footage. Your rack(s) will be unlocked for you, and you may be supervised by a security officer.
All equipment brought into our facility may be subject to inspection, for the safety of our customers and facility. We reserve the right to decline entry for any equipment, items, or people.
Photography and recording of any kind are not permitted unless prior authorization has been provided. If you need a photo or video of your equipment or something, one of our staff members may be able to help you out by taking the photo or video and sending it to you via email.
Free EV Charging
Take advantage of our Level 2 EV charging stations (for customers and employees only) while you are on-site. Charging is free for up to 3 hours, after which we charge $0.40/kwh – no pun intended 😉
