Our primary support channel is support tickets. We do not offer phone support for UnmanagedServer customers. This lets us handle large volumes of support requests with the greatest efficiency and at low costs. We offer support for critical issues 24/7/365, while typical tasks are handled during business hours of Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM PST.
